Export Furniture for Afrika
One small console with three workspaces and two separate workstations are sold to ExxonMobile in Equatorial Guinea. The parts were shipped in one 3 m3 crate and will be assembled in situ by Mobile.
Twelve small TFT screens are placed at a threefold control desk in a small control room in Belgium. The desk is suited for one or two operators who can manage the whole process at the Cargill plant.
Five large TFT screens are the eyecatcher of this new control room located in Delft. The control room area was designed and turnkey delivered by us. The 40 inch tft screens are Samsung, the desk is Design4u. More than 40 cameras are surveilling the internal parking lot with over 700 spaces.The control room area is provided with bullet proof windows and walls.
Ergonomic workspace is needed for everyone, but workers who deal with a lot of screens may need ergonomics even more. The solution for a dynamic ergonomic workspace can be achieved with our new sit/stand module which consists of a large tabletop with independent monitor stand. The electrical adjustment (65-130 cm)of the tabletop and the monitor stand is done with a pair of separate motors and is controled by only one control unit. The workspace is individually controlled and can nevertheless be coupled to a multi desk configuration.
Through DHV-Eindhoven we were asked to design the new control room of a multi national company in Almelo (The Netherlands). The project was performed in 2003-2004 and the final presentation was on the 25 may 2004. The control room consists of two main rooms divided by a glass wall. The control area itself is build on a leveled floor system and holds five large screen projectors and two consoles with LCD screens. The conference area has facilities for 20 people. We advised the complete technical and non-technical decoration (walls, floors, carpets, chairs, tables, colours, materials, etc.) of the area and the furniture. The specific (wooden) furniture was produced by an external firm.

New controlroom desk placed in a Bank in Leeuwarden (Netherlands). This closed system was filled with 17" flat screens. Used by the ICT department of the Frieslandbank.
